Annual Fall Lantern Walk

The Annual Tinkergarten Lantern Walk is a magical tradition, designed to help kids and grownups welcome the darkness of winter and embrace this natural change with joy! Upon arrival, families will be welcomed by a few interactive stations, where children and adults can engage in simple, hands-on nature-based activities together. To begin the event, we will form a circle and sing songs about lanterns, light, nature and hope. Then, as twilight sets in, we will all gather with our unique lanterns, radiating warm, soft light. We will embark on a peaceful walk through the crisp autumn air, guided by the soft glow of all our lanterns. Our lanterns will not only illuminate the way, but also symbolize the connection between humans and the natural world. The Lantern Walk fosters a sense of wonder, curiosity, and appreciation for the outdoors, creating lasting memories for all who attend.
