About the event
Each season, we help children to develop one of our 8 core skills kids need to become curious, capable learners who can contribute to their world. Our Fall Focus curriculum is designed to help kids hone the symphony of skills we use to direct, shift and sustain our attention. Throughout the series, we’ll leverage the inherently captivating natural world to teach kids building blocks of focus: how to feel
grounded in the moment; how to zoom in and zoom out; how to wonder; and how to follow our interests.
Classes are for children ages 1-8 with a caring adult and meet once a week for 7 weeks beginning September 18th and ending November 6th. There is no class on October 16th. Classes meet Wednesdays 9:30-10:30 at Big Cottonwood Regional Park Trailhead.
